The following menus provide sample ideas for consideration. We take pride in creating bespoke menus tailored for each client, which allows us to be flexible and incorporate your personal favourites. Keep in mind that our sample menus are not fixed, and all ingredients can be modified. As chefs, we are passionate about creating diverse dishes and prefer to avoid repetitive menus, as this diminishes the artistic flair of cookery. We are fortunate to have access to seasonal local produce and prioritise using local suppliers and businesses. We accommodate all dietary preferences, requirements, and allergies at no additional cost or inconvenience.
